In 2023, Anthony (Tony) Cambas, Mississippi SBDC Statewide Manager of International Trade, received numerous invitations to events at the state, national, and international levels. He was a part of the US Department of State Technical Delegation to Mexico alongside the Mexico SBDC Network, participated in the USDA-FAS Scientific Exchange Fellows visit, and was a speaker at the Trade Facilitation Innovation Days. This event was organized by the World Economic Forum, Global Alliance for Trade Facilitation, and UNCTAD.
RISE CENTER SENDS FOUR COMPANIES
TO KANSAS CITY
The newly established RISE Center brought four Mississippi tech companies to participate in Encountering Innovation, a program offering opportunities for innovators, government tech scouts and manufacturing and technology companies to collaborate with each other for commercialization and contracting purposes via Private Tech Transfer Pitches and Matchmaking Sessions.
