This three-hour training program, brought to rural communities through a partnership between Mississippi SBDC, Alabama SBDC, and the University of Georgia SBDC, provided key strategies for understanding customers, optimizing websites, and mastering social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Now, in 2025, we’re taking it to the next level with the Digital Marketing Bootcamp 2.0 — an AI-powered marketing clinic, featuring advisors trained by America’s SBDC AI U Program, to help businesses stay ahead in the digital landscape!

This part of the program covers the fundamentals that you need to tell your story and connect with online audiences, from understanding your customers and mapping their buyers’ journey to mastering social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You’ll also learn how to design a website that is optimized for search engines and local audiences, along with other key strategies to build a powerful online presence.
